Are your tapes readable?	We can spot check a sampling of you tape archive to determine readability of your data and if need be, can copy your data to new fresh media.
Don't know what format your tapes are in?	We can quickly read your tape archives and determine the tapes format and often the names of the files contained on those tapes.
On standard label tapes, do you external labels match your internal labels?	On occasion due to hardware malfunction or human failure the sequencing of a Standard Tape Library goes astray and you get label and tape mismatch. We can work with you to sort out the mess and correct the problem.
